Collect+ is a refreshingly different parcel service that allows you to send and collect parcels wherever and whenever you want to, early ‘til late, seven days a week. We’re the largest store based parcel service in the UK. Our stores at Cabot Place West, Westferry Circus and Canada Place currently offer this service. It is a very simple system to use. If you are purchasing goods online, check that the retailer operates the Collect+ service and then nominate one of our stores as your collection point. Once the parcel is received in store, you will be contacted via text message or email. You simply need to bring proof of ID and the reference code in order to pick up your parcel.
Returns work exactly the same way. If you want to return a parcel to an online retailer, check that they operate the Collect+ service, fill in your details and print off the returns label. Attach this to your parcel and then drop it off at one of our stores. We scan it through our terminal and hand you a tracking receipt and from there it will be collected either that day or the next working day.
Can I nominate one of your stores as a collection point by simply putting in my name as the recipient and the store’s address?
No. We are not authorised to handle parcels delivered or collected by any means other than the Collect+ service. Anything we receive that has not come via Collect+ will be returned to sender.
